Prices

You pay per folder, and the price depends on your age and the page count. There is no subscription and there are no hidden costs.

MappeLink is free for everyone until the end of November. The prices on this page apply from 1 December 2026.

How it works

1. How pages are counted: the cover letter and CV together are 2 pages. Each certificate you add to the CV counts as one more page. Photos and videos in projects do not count.
2. When you create a folder you pay the price for 2 pages (2 €). Under 21 that is free. The folder is created only after payment.
3. If attachments come later, you only pay the difference, and only when you publish the folder. Before that your folder is saved as a draft, so nothing is lost.
4. Never more than 5 € per folder (3 € under 21), no matter how many attachments you add.
5. If you remove attachments again, there is no refund. If you add them back later, you do not pay twice. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
6. The link, edits to your texts, and the PDF of the folder are included. A folder for another company is a new folder and is charged separately.
7. We take your age from the date of birth at registration. We do not check it. An account starts at 16.
8. Payment runs through a payment service provider. We do not see card data. The amount is clear before you pay.
9. Folders created before 1 December 2026 stay free and are not charged afterwards.

Examples

• From 21, cover letter and CV: 2 €.
• From 21, plus 3 certificates (5 pages): 5 €.
• From 21, paid 2 € first, later 2 certificates (4 pages): 2 € to pay.
• Under 21, 3 pages: free. With 4 pages: 1 €. With 5 pages: 3 €.

Legal information on payment

• All prices are final prices in euros. Prices include statutory VAT.
• The provider is the operator named in the imprint.
• You pay only when you confirm in the payment window of the payment service provider. You see the amount there beforehand.
• Withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. It ends early if, before paying, you expressly ask us to start the service right away and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under the statutory rules. We collect this consent with a checkbox in the payment window.
• Your statutory rights, for example for defects, remain unaffected in every case.
