These terms apply to mappelink.de between you and Marko Winter, Oberasbach, Deutschland, hallo@aschenbroedel.com.

Contract and service

By registering you ask for a free account. The contract is formed when the sign-in link lets you in. The service lets you create an application folder, store text and files, share a link, and create a PDF. An account sees only its own folders.

An account exists only from age 16. Younger people cannot use mappelink.de yet. Consent from a parent or guardian is not part of this service.

School pupils, apprentices, students, and applicants under 21 use the service at no charge. We take that as you state it at registration and do not check the statement. Under 21 every folder is free. From 21, three new folders per calendar month (Europe/Berlin) are free. Each further folder costs 2,00 € and is paid through Stripe. The folder is created only after the payment succeeds. A folder that is already saved is not charged afterwards.

Accounts, folders, and files are stored at Supabase. Brevo sends the sign-in links. If the site runs on Vercel, Vercel delivers it. Data-processing agreements are not part of these terms and are not published on this website. Photos and certificates are shown through an address that expires after about an hour. Storage is not public. After that, the old address does not open the file. Another account cannot turn the path inside it into a new link. Details are in the privacy notice.

Account and content

Sign-in is a link to your email. Upload only content you have the rights to. You grant us a simple right to store, display, and output that content as a PDF until it is deleted. The copyright stays with you. We may remove unlawful content.

You are responsible for the content of your folder, not the operator of mappelink.de. What you write, upload, or show must be true. You release photos, certificates, and other documents yourself. We do not check these statements and we do not adopt them as our own.

You confirm the privacy notice with a button on that page. We store the time on your account. A public folder becomes visible only after you also confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy notice, agree to them, and release the content yourself. We store that confirmation with the time as well.

Ending and liability

You may end the contract at any time by deleting the account under “My applications” or by asking for deletion at hallo@aschenbroedel.com. We then delete the account, the folders, and uploaded files unless the law requires us to keep them. We may end the free service with 14 days’ notice.

Before deletion you can download a copy under “My applications”. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

We are liable without limit for injury to life, body, or health and for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise only within mandatory consumer-protection law. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, without taking away mandatory rules of the country where you live.
